PETER MUNK ANDERSEN
Born October 1960 and from Denmark, my mother had the passion to cook and teach the students at our school how to cook, my grandfather and grandmother also had the passion to cook and had a restaurant, but that was before I was born, so cooking probably comes from them.
I have been work in the kitchen since I was 8 years old. in 1978 I did a cooking apprenticeship at Restaurant LĀ“Alsace in Copenhagen, then it took off and I have worked in many restaurants around Denmark, including 10 seasons in Tivoli.
And have, among other things, cooked for the Danish royal family, in 1987 did i work 1 year in Poland and in 1997 2 years in Japan, both places at the Danish Embassy
I went to Bulgaria to open up SAS Radisson in record time, back in 1978 I studied as a waiter, so I know how to do this as well :)

LYNETTE GORRICETA ANDERSEN
My wife Lynette born in January 1967 from Bacolod, has lived with me in Denmark since 1992, and has mostly worked with me in the kitchen in Denmark as well as Japan and Lynette is very famous for her Danish sandwiches and salads. Lynette has gone to cooking school in Denmark, and cooks just as well as I do, Lynette also bakes all Munk's bread.
